I think your question is "the BMW press pictures show a "Z8" designation on the back and your pictures do not! Que Pasa?

You are correct BMW has dropped all external designation. Only the internal emblem remains. IMHO I think its cool.

some pics i see of the z8 from before it was out have a "Z8" emblem below the bmw roundel on the back of the car (where the trunk is). how come it's not on the pictures of your actuall cars? thanx
