It is very unlikely to be making that much money out of med school. My uncle is a plastic surgeon, and he did not make much money for the first 5 yrs, my dad is a doctor and the same with him. If his story is true, then a Z8 would be pocket change even with other big work-related expenses such as insurance. My dream is to own a 996, which would require around a 200k income, and that car is more than half the price of a Z8. My guess is 400k would do it, which is affordable to most high paying business and medical jobs.
