You can get as many Z8 as you want at about list in Europe, i.e. DM200k which actually is about $90k plus tax.
Each and every car from around the world can be imported to the U.S., it is just a matter of the appropriate know-how. Look for a dealer specialized in importing cars from Europe, there are many at the east coast and especially in the NYC area.
You'll probably end up with a price which may be above sticker, but by far not 50% higher or more.
