DUh the M roadster is from the z3 platform which is on the z1 the first of the z class cars....so y u ask does the M preform better..its an overall better car!!!! its figures are ballanced..the z8 is only a few hp higher bud...and its a bigger vehical than the mz3 so the hp should be higher...yes sorry man but teh z8 is weight is higher that the mz3..if tehy are both aluminum bodied but the mz3 has a titanium base which is lighter...sprry dont defend ur z8 many its the facts live with it..u have a 150k = car that is barely worth 50 or 60k max ...sorry but this isnt the car James bond was driving...he drove an mz3 platform with a z8 shell...hmmmmm bmw tryin to bring uphopes..and they sure as hell suceeded in bring up the price...i have one and i have an mz3 and an z3 and a z1 i have them all but my m is by far the best and my z3 is tied with my z8 and well my z1 is waaay back there (just for show) hey man thats the facts of life ive come to realize...life deals u an orange u squeez to make O.J. and u get lemonade.....
