all of the cars have a "clean" front end and come with a front plate kit that fastens to the front grill. Just instruct your dealer not to install it.

While CA requires a front plate, that law is rarely enforced. I for one am one of those scofflaws that prefers asthetics over conformance ;-)

I noticed that some z8's have no front license plates and some do.
Z8Bob and I think Z8Justin did not have front plates. However Z8 Don did. As a future owner who wants to exclude the front plate, I would like to know if you guys specifically requested the exclusion or inclusion of the front frame?

Thanks Bob. Just got thru informing my dealer not to install it. Texas also has a rarely enforced front license plate law. I figure as more road users will be viewing the z8 from behind the front plate will be no issue. :)...
Hardest problem I am facing is picking a color.
