1) Does BMW North America accept the warranty on Euro cars?

BMWNA does offer a one year warranty, unlimited mileage on a Euro car brought into the states.

2) I believe that the back bumper is different on the Euro cars as they are made for the Euro standard license plate? Is this correct? If so, what would be the cost to replace the bumper with a US spec?
For all intents and purposes, the ROW and US bumpers are the same.

3) How much will the resale value of this car be affected because of the "grey market" status.

It's to early to say if values will be affected one way or the other.
