I agree with Craig. My info comes from two sources:

1. One of the largest BMW dealership owners (3) personally, and
2. SVP of BMWNA

Both say there is no warranty on a Grey Market car.

BTW I have never heard of an UNLIMITED milage warranty from BMW. Anyone else?
