IM from Vancouver and someone in one of the surveys mentioned that BMW ///M evening. I went to the one at Park Shore BMW in Vancouver they had a new M3 there. The one thing that really stuck in my mind as being terrible was the fact that they invited us there, Im an E39 M5 owner WE SHOWED up at around 6:00pm, they offered us a few soft drinks in a cooler but not scrap of food, no chips or snack food to be seen. By 8:00 pm I was starving, I know this might sound trivial but for the money BMW Canada spent on this event a few hundred dollars on snacks would have gone a long way, things like this I remember as bad service.

I have called up 4 BMW dealers in the area and asked questions regarding their service.
