Why the Z8 actually does kick arse (archive)

Noticed the Z8 has been getting a bit of bad press in the US. Surprising since most magazines in the UK rate it as a five star car. It thrashes the Aston Martin on cruising ability(that's crap English engineering for you) and as a super convertible only the Ferrari 360 is deemed to be better. To really sort out the handling though you need to get rid of the crap run flat tires. The side walls are too big, stick on some Pireli P Zeros, low profile, turn the traction control off and drive it like BMW intended (also pray you don't have a puncture!)
