thanks. I dont think Id replace the oem rims, but I would entertain the idea of different tires. the problem as I see it is: what happens if one gets a flat? Perhaps the answer is as simple as ordering a spare "M mobility system" thats used with the M5.

Do you have any recommendation of run flat Michelins? does run flat technology always mean a stiffer sidewall and therefore a reduction in handling?
