If youve signed the non export agreement then,i seems to me your best option would be to find a Canadian buyer and sell for a profit, I think there arent that many Z8s in canada. Perhaps you should begin with other dealerships.
If you didnt, then it seems to me that you absolutely need to check the original sale contract and see if speaks to this situation. In my opinion, if it doesnt say anything about a non export agreement, I think you shouldnt have to sign it because you agreed to do something in return for their doing something. Now they want you to do something extra on top of pay.

I have a lawyer on staff and he has reviewed the file and can't believe what these guys are trying to pull. He believes a monkey could win this one. We havn't signed the non export agreement and our serial# and vin # we are told indicate this is a u.s . spec car. in any event I was prepared to take my chances on the investment grey market or not .
