Got a ticket in Palo Alto public parking one month ago for no front plate on my '99 e46. Snapped plate bracket on (obviously this wont
work for a z8!) and paid fine of $10. As I was pulling out the PA police garage first two oncoming cars had no plates!

Sorry to hear about your ticket. However, I am not putting any front plates on the Z8.
I have no trouble paying the fine, hell I'll even prepay if they'll let me :)..
