As to the 4000 to 5000 per year; is that something that is documented somewhere. I have heard a slight increase from the present 400 cars
per year to possibly 100 more but nothing like what you are suggesting. I can see BMW keeping their flagship car exquisite. To keep the demand up produce fewer cars. Thats why the Ferrari F355 and F360's have always been so strong in the market. Simply because so few are produced. And Ferrari will always keep it that way. I know we are not talking here about a Ferrari but I just cannot see BMW increasing their output on the Z8 by 10 fold. And with the economy, yes, it leaves a lot to be desired right now. Thanks for the input. Hopefully the Z8s will hold on at their present market values.
