The economy is not stable? Sure we've had a true shakeout of the dot bombs but I wouldnt say the economy is not stable. Also Im surprised that someone who has been in the car market for 50 years would be surprised about the speculation on and prices attached to the Z8. Ive read that the total amount to be produced is anywhere from 5000-8000 units. Then thats it. The USA was to get 400 per year. Thats been bumped up to around 6-800 per year, but this is at the expense of other markets. Frankly, I think anyone who buys one of these puppies to make a profit has the wrong priorities- buy securities for that. You buy the Z8 to drive it- and drive it I shall!

and the best part of driving it is no matter what the economy does, it still drives :~)
