BMW Hasn't Addressed These Problems????? (archive)

Thanks for some of your responses. Seems like a common problem. I just got my Z8 and haven't reported the problem to the dealer yet. BMW has not done anything to address these problems for you?
PHONE - I was on a 2 hour conference call the day I picked up the car and can't say that the speaker volume on the car was "adequate". I used my Nokia phone to listen to the call and my Z8 microphone for people to hear me (2 calls to the conference bridge).
WINDOW - I complained about the rear window as soon as I drove off the lot with the salesman to fill up the gas tank. They called BMW and had no reports about it and said it might be condensation due to the temperature (it was in a heated building and was coming out to 39 degree temperature). Said I should run the heat and AC to dry it out and see what happens. Doesn't look like anything changed.

I am shocked to hear from a few of you that BMW has not addressed these. For what we are paying for the car and the dealer is making selling over list, they certainly should be addressing these problems. I certainly have every intention of making myself heard. Please let me know what your local dealership has said about these difficulties.

I have two minor problems with my new Z8. Anyone else see these?
1) The rear window on the soft top seems a little cloudy instead of being clear
2) The telephone volume is too low to hear above the sounds of the car. When I hang up the phone and return to the radio without touching the volume the radio blasts. But the phone volume is too low.
