WOW - this is didn't hear before. They seemed responsive to problems in the past. But I guess those where things they already had service fixes for. If the factory needs to come up with a fix maybe it is a whole new world.

They listen to customers like that.

No they don't. I purchased even more cars then you did and can only agree to Minimarvel. 20, 40, 100 cars are quite a number for you dealer but does not mean anything to BMW. The BMW guys are as arrogant as you can imagine and are not the slightest bit interested in any of their customers. Besides, this is the most discussed issue on each and every BMW board in the whole web.
Sad but true.
