To existing Z8 owners. We are such a small group because so few cars
are produced. I have spoken to 2 dealerships and they said they will support my efforts
to have the car radio volume problem addressed, especially if I have located other
owners with the same problem. The rear window problem they have already reported
about in a bulletin (has a milky color as a tradeoff for more scratch resistance).

These dealers will work on BMW to address the problem. They said it took ages to get
BMW to recognize that the US wants cup holders in cars when Germany just kept
saying that people shouldn't be drinking anything while driving!

By submitting a list of owners of their highest priced cars, the group has a little better
chance of being heard. The dealers are explaining to BMW that this group represents
owners that can easily buy many more BMW's for their wives, kids, officers of their
compnay etc., and you want to keep these owners happy.

Let's be relentless.

Jay
