Agree. TG. Different Markets. I shopped mercedes models ten years ago before choosing BMW's. IMHO they appeal to different groups.
And by the way, even if it does who cares.. the z8's are sold anyway. If the prices are affected the speculators suffer.

Anyhow, if anyone wants to unload a prime condition z8 after the SL comes out, drop me a line. My wife would like one :)... I would be happy to take one off your hands. Preferable Silver & Black to blend with the Silver & Red we are receiving.

I don't think I let the Z8 go for an SL. Maybe the upcoming 6 series (expected in 2003) will attract me ;-)
