I havent used their Concours product, but I have used their regular wax. It works very well. As far as the leather, I use Zymol leather products (although there are others that would be fine) and for the chrome parts I just use the Zymol car wash that I use on the whole car.

Dont know what color your car is but in general I find that using a product like Zymol HD Cleanse after washing helps. Then use a product like 3M hand glaze, this makes the car look very polished/ "liquid" and then use the Zymol.

For the rear window, this will become milky and a little translucent if you dont do anything to it. It was starting with mine. I used Maguires No 10 and No 17- I forget the exact names but its something like plastic window cleaner and plastic window polish and it eliminated this condition. You can also use these products to clean the plastic interior parts.
