Can I believe there was a screw inproperly driven into the (wiring) harness? Yes, its a hand made car and while you could say, "theres no excuse", its just a fact that a hand made car will have some "quirks".
What I cant believe is that the dealer would switch your tires to the regular (unless you asked for that); didnt properly secure your hardtop; and readjusted your headlights as they are unuseable. Sometimes dealers cause more problems than they solve.
My previous dealer would always *without fail* change my tire pressures to the wrong pressures.
But your issues are much more serious. I dont like to use the word "awful" for too many things, but your dealer seems pretty awful if this is what they did.
I hope they/ or another dealer that you go to/ will make it better.
