What I cant believe is that the dealer would switch your tires to the regular (unless you asked for that); didnt properly secure your hardtop;

No problems so far - I asked for switching the tires and to dismount the hardtop, so I am ok with this.


and readjusted your headlights as they are unuseable.

That was scary, indeed. Regarding the sudden shutdownI am assuming there might really be a serious problem with the electrics.

True. There is almost always something new to discover when a car has been to the service. Once you start to let them touch the car it will never be the same.
