Certainly all of that was done before posting this question. The telephone option is still not coming up on the display. The phone is functional if you pick it up though. But you can not access any telephohe functions via the radio.

Aside from the obvious- check the connectors, reset the system (turn the car off, wait; turn the phone off and disconnect- then plug the phone in while its in its off mode and turn the car on);
I wouldnt know.
