How is the volume with the CPT 8000 phone? Has it improved from the Star Tac? Can you now hear the CPT 8000 above the engine noise and actually use the phone while driving?

BMW has introduced a new phone for Z8s built after 1/1/01. It is a Motorola Timeport digital CPT 8000. Lots of features. It is suppose to retro fit to earlier car but the kit isn't available at US dealers yet. All you early adapters check it out and post a review.
