What color combo are you getting? My Z8 should be here on Monday (Silver/Red). I'm pretty excited. I had a 2000 C4-Cab and it just didn't do it for me so I traded it on this beast. I think I will be a lot more happy. Everyone in my neighborhood had a Porsche but I've yet to see anyone with a Z8 yet! :)

except for the speculators, most of us ordered the z8 years ago. I for one am picking up my z8 in a week. The dealer has been paid in cash.
The people affected by the market are those that have all their eggs in one basket.
Sure there will be a drop off in prices, but this car is special and it will always retain or appreciate in value.
If you invest in the market for the long run, at a time like this the stocks are a deal. so to truly invest money you don't need right away, it is time to stock up on stocks:).
In a few years, I will sell these 'slammed' stocks right back to the same guys giving them away now.

Just wanted to ask a quick question:

With the current markets in the US gone south, have any of you paired back on spending or cancelled orders for new cars? I'm wondering how this "recession" is hurting people right now. With the prices of the Z8s heading lower every week, it must be killing people right now!?

Thoughts?
