nothing to apologize about on the color.

I heard the car they used in the 007 movie was actually a cobra that had Z8 exterior parts on it- they didnt have a real Z8 ready....

The thing with the battery doesnt sound right- have them check this. It might just need a new battery.

Pepole are going to stare and in general fall all overthemselves. Pictures dont do the car justice. I often times find myself staring at it- and thats good!

Ive got the satin cover - works well for garages but its not for the outside. Its cleaver in how it has a little pouch that it rolls into. One person can do it, but 2 make it easier.

I had the dealer put the top on, but they have no room for storage so I will store it in a few weeks. Warning: Z8 Bob had a problem with the rear clips when taking his top off, so be careful. He posted his experience here and I think hes a vary careful person so Id be extra cautious when removing the top.

Havent bothered with the phone yet. One thing to know on the 7000 model is that the volume control on the side of the star tac will also affect the volume of the speaker in the car- and youll want it all the way up. So when using the speakerphone, lift the phone compartment cover and push the phones volume up.

enjoy the car- it is fantastic.
