Yeah, I do have a chip on my shoulder. IF you were treated very rudely by Richard at IRVINE BMW, you would too. Look buddy, why are you trying to defend these guys? You, being a BMW owner, should try to help other future BMW owners out. Are you afraid that others will get a better deal than you? The fact is that they are charging more than other dealers. Look at my original post and give Roger Fletcher a call to verify this if you don't believe me. I'm only doing my part to help others out. You should too.
