So this is simple. Take your money to a different dealer. This won't get you anywhere. You could call BMWNA on them. They don't care either. You can vote with your money and go somewhere else to buy a car. It doesn't even have to be a BMW. But to keep posting this message with different names on all the boards is not going to get you anywhere. Unless you just want to vent. Other people will know on their own if they're getting ripped off and won't buy from them. In the end it will hurt the dealer.
