when I needed a part it was available asap and the dealer told me it seemed that NA had a few Z8 parts in inventory for such events. Its possible they are now just out of those parts. Its frustrating but I suppose you just have to be patient. If it becomes unreasonable, perhaps you could try contacting NA directly.
