the lights in the clear assembly higher up are all driving lights. the two outer lights are xenons and illuminate things in the distance (and are focused as to not blind on coming drivers). The two inner lights help illuminate things in the near-field. The two round lights set in the grille are the high beams and seem to me to be more "traditional" bulbs. The only fog light on the car is a rear one.
