Twice in a row? Sounds like it could also be a dealer storage or handling issue. Your the first we've heard from with damaged delivery, let alone twice!

Geez,

My second hardtop arrived damaged to the dealer. The first one was really trashed. The pointy corners in the back were smashed. The second one has no fiberglass damage, but there is some paint rubbed off. The hardtops are shipped in a box on a palate with the window facing up towards the top of the box. The is almost no protection from the top of the box if any downward pressure is placed on it during shipping. ATTENTION BMW: THE CURRENT PACKING IS NOT SUITABLE. Save the company money now and add foam protection to the top. Or, bubblewrap it!!
