Keep pushing. It doesn't make sense to give you a hard top without a stand or cover. The manual has instructions against laying the top down without the stand to prevent damage. Your dealer needs to make some calls and try and locate the stuff. The Z8 is sold with no options.
Mine picked up on 4/6 included the phone, which was ordered by my dealer early enough to be ready for delivery. All Z8 publications, even at the german BMW site shows no options for the Z8. My dealer had to order my phone, since the kind of carrier will determine the phone ordered for the customer. For what you paid for this car, he should at least try and put some effort into getting you what everyone else is getting with the car.
Any way to confirm this in writing from a BMW Canada or BMW corporate source? My dealer has checked with BMW Canada and confirmed that the phone is not included. I wasn't even aware of the hardtop stand or cover as they were never mentioned or offered by my dealer.

Cars delivered in Canada are not supplied with phone or stand or cover as far as I know. Anyone know any different?

I got the hardtop on the car, and it didn't come with a stand. I did not get the phone from my broker. Hit me back if you find out anything.
