Log on the BMWUSA.COM and register in the Owners Circle as a Z8 owner. Send BMWNA a email from there. Include your phone number and email address. they have always responded to my notes. The site also lists the customer service numbers.


Additionally, is there any way to control radio volume other than opening the MID cover? A very minor inconvenience and just wondering if I have missed something.
