Once it's on the truck, that's another ball of wax, largely depending on where the dealer is located that the truck is heading. California will take longer than, say, New York,


they are using a new technique that is suppposed to be superior to the cosmoline theyve used in the past. hopefully, it will be what they expect and then we can avoid the issues with the cosmoline on future bimmers.

I dont know how long it takes from time at the port to the dealer, but if you do a search of the archives, you might find it. I think I remember reading it could be two weeks.

I dont blame you for wanting to get it asap. Its like- hey, port people, please unwrap my new baby!
