Seriously, thank you all for the helpful input. I have re-evaluated my situation with this car. My feelings are that I have waited for 2 years to get this car, and by God I want to drive it some. I can always order an M3C as long as the dealer doesn't sell out of them, but as everyone has been quick to point out, I cannot order another Z8 if I decide it was a mistake to sell it so fast. I do understand about the market, as I too have lost quite a bit over the last year. I discussed all these areas with my salesman this morning, and have now decided to postpone my decision for at least 6 months after I have had the Z8. Maybe then I'll decide that I want a 6-series convertible. Who knows? The thing is, at least I'm not delusional about how much the Z8 is going for anymore. Once I take delivery and have driven it for a while I'll let everyone know what I think about it. Thanks again for all the help!

No one in their right mind will give you $180K for
a Z8 now. The market has softened on these cars.
The way the NASDAQ has gone. If you drive it you will lose money on your car. It will then be a used car. The cars are going for what Bob quoted.
If you want to make any money at all don't drive it. I'm not trying to be smart,I'm just stating the facts.
