Since I rarely get to Canada anymore I cannot speak directly about their policies. While the web site here ia "BMWUSA" the company is "BMW North America, LLC" and controls all distribution for Canada, Mexico and the USA.

I will send a note to my BMW NA contacts and find out. When I do I will repost.

BMW Canada has confirmed that the hardtop rack and fabric cover are not included with Canadian Z8s. Another owner in Canada has checked this also and received the same information. Z8Bob suggested contacting BMWNA, but I have not done this as I don't believe that BMWNA (which is BMW USA) has any influence on BMW Canada. Bob, if I am incorrect, let me know, but otherwise it looks like we are out of luck up here in the great white north.
