I traded emails with BMWUSA via the Owners Circle. They said contact the dealer. I have contacted the dealer, and they said they have been told that BMWUSA will coordinate directly with owners for delivery of the stand.
I know that there have been a number of instances of this type of problem with the car's accessories. Does anyone have the name and number of someone at BMWUSA that has succesfully resloved these types of issues.
