Z8 prices are actually falling to MSRP and if prices in your area are way above MSRP look outside your area. You might have to be willing to wait a period of time or you might have to pay a little premium to get it now.

As far as I know there is a certain number of Z8s they can build and then their ability to make them will end (eg the machines they use to make them have a certain useful life before they literally wear out). So as far as I know the total number of Z8s being made isnt changing. The allocation of Z8s to the USA is being tweaked upward though- this comes at the expense of other markets where the car isnt as hot.

theres nothing wrong with a 911, but the Z8 is a different animal all together.
