z8 beautiful- is it fun? (m) (archive)

I have discovered that i can now get a z8 for list price! I have read a number of posts suggesting that car is not much fun to drive (in a "driver's car" sense). How many of you would be willing to agree to that? Very interested in z8 as Modena way too expensive and 996tt has a rep. for being boring. For reference i own a 3.2 Carrera and a 944 Turbo-S. All comments greatly appreciated! Also- when will prod. end?
