My phone doesn't fit the cradle at all. I think I have the newest phone and the old cradle. I was going to talk to the service dept about it when I take mine it to fix the battery problem.


Just accepted delivery of Z8 and telephone handset {CPT8000} deoes not seem to fit cradle in console. You almost have to force the unit in and out of the cradle. The Star-Tac unit is silver w/BMW logo the cradle is black. Anyone have a similar problem???
