My car is in the shop right now getting the same problem taken care of. It is a phone jack problem, not the phone. There is a service bulletin out #84 14 00 that addresses the problem. The dealer had to overnight for a part to repair it but is doing it along with the 1200 mile service. I'll let you know if it fixes the problem.

are you leaving the phone plugged in?
do you have a radar detector plugged in?
