Finger Print in Paint job (archive)

Upon waxing my paint yesterday I notice three finger prints embedded in the clear coat of the rear quarter panel. Can't tell whether bare metal was touched and oil has caused paint to rise or the clear coat was touched while still curing. Whatever the case may be, a little bit unsettling.
