thats right- never mind the state- read the fine print.

the rule is usually if its a custom type car (eg- youve speced it out, or its a car like the z8) and the car arrives- if you dont want it, they keep the deposit. if it hasnt arrived you can walk and get your deposit back.


To my mind, as soon as that dealer went over msrp, he forfeited his right to keep that deposit, if indeed he ever had that right to begin with.
