Secretary of State General Colin Powell driving off, after a meeting in Jordan, in a silver Z8 with Passenger (owner of the Z8) the King of Jordan. SECSTATE was all smiles.


Does anyone recall the network? I've heard from another colleague who said Sec. Powell (who is a car lover) appeared "all smiles."
