I dont think there are any other risks to go with regular tires. You could buy the M Mobility system as a backup. I actually drove Z8s with non-run flats at the driving experience a few weeks ago- the car seemed to drive the same.

Id be interested to hear your story- I always wondered why you thought the handling was so disappointing. Now I know why- it wasnt right. Im glad youve got it fixed.
