None.
The problem is Sonnen, SF BMW, Weatherford operate on the principle that if the customer is not happy with the service it's not a problem because they all have more work than they call complete. One of them actually modifies BMW's customer service survey so even if they don't fix or service your car properly they internally make sure that you are not surveyed. This helps them keep high customer satisfaction when the majority of their customers are not happy. I saw your post and felt compelled to urge you to go to Peter Pan. I stopped going there for the last two years once I moved out of the City. Looking back it was pretty stupid and really expensive. My '01 M5 was delivered with two problems. A rattle in the rear speaker and wind noise from the right rear door. Over a six month period the car went back to Sonnen over ten times. They did nothing to fix it and finally the factory rep, Bob Whitehouse, wrote on the service report - "No Problem - Vehicle in Spec." Knowing that I had a problem I took the car to Peter Pan who kept it for three days. Both problems were resolved, I never had to call them to get the status of the car, I got daily calls. I have seen at Sonnen service writers hot rodding around in customers M5s. At Peter Pan Z8s are locked up in special stalls and if any offsite work is required only Daren Furgeson the service manager drives the car. San Mateo is a bit of a hassle but the Cal Train station is within walking distance and you're in the city pretty fast.
